Westfield Surgery Choices

This module covers you for up to 60 non-urgent surgical procedures. Private treatment is covered, however, if you are treated by the NHS, Health365 will pay you a lump sum. No medical is required and new conditions are covered instantly, from the date your cover starts.

The 60 non urgent surgical procedures include treatment for: cataracts, gallstones, varicose veins, gynaecological conditions, hip replacements, slipped discs, knee problems and hernias. Please click here for the full list of procedures.

If you select cover for your partner they will receive exactly the same cover as you.

Dependent children are not covered under the Westfield Surgery Choices module.
