With Health365 you can take healthcare expenses in your stride, knowing that we’ll help to cover the cost. To begin just select the level of Core Health Cover you need and choose at least one other module. It’s simple, secure and best of all you can start using your plan as soon as your cover commences. And, you can choose a method of payment to suit you; monthly direct debit, annual payment, debit or credit card*.

Allows you to claim back everyday health costs including therapy treatments, optical bills, dental fees and fixed cash payouts for nights spent in hospital. Simply select Min or Max depending on the level of cover you need.

• Therapies – cover, up to set limits, for Physiotherapy, Acupuncture, Osteopathy and Chiropractic treatments.
• Optical – money back, up to set limits, towards optical bills inc. eye tests, new prescription glasses and contact lenses.
• Dental – claim money back, up to set limits, towards check-ups and treatments, such as fillings.
• In-patient – fixed cash amount for each night spent in hospital (up to 5 nights per benefit year).

Partner Cover

From just £30 a month, you can cover yourself and your partner. They will receive their own pot of money with the same core benefits as you. And, if you select any of the additional modules then your partner will be covered on these too, at the same level.

Children Cover

Add your kids and they will receive the same level of Core Health Cover as you. The benefit amounts will be shared between your dependent children for Optical, Dental and Therapies and the In-patient benefit is per night, per child.

If you select Consultation your dependent children will also be covered at the same level as you, with the benefit amount shared between your dependent children.

Please note that dependent children are not covered under the Scanning & Screening or the Surgery Choices Modules.
