Make a Claim
With Health365 making a claim is quick and easy. Exactly how it should be. Pay for your healthcare treatment, keep your receipt and submit your claim to us.
You can claim online by simply logging on to ‘Your Account’. Alternatively you can download a claim form, or we can post one out to you. All claims must be made within 13 weeks of the date of each payment or date of discharge as an inpatient. We aim to process correctly presented claims within 5 days and pay the money directly into your bank account. It’s that simple.
